Hello Greens!

We'd like to start off this week's update with a hearty congratulations for all the Green endorsed candidates who participated in Tuesday's election as well as everyone who worked on their campaigns and voted for them.  The candidates were:

*Rochester City School Board - Howard Eagle
*Rochester City School Board - Christopher Edes
*Rochester City Council - Harry Davis
*Monroe County Legislature (17th District) - Jo Moleca-Voigt
*Pittsford Town Council - Neil Dorfman

We will be posting election results for Greens who ran all over the country as soon as they're available, so stay tuned.

Did you know, the Green Party is active world wide?  Right now, there are Greens in Rwanda who are trying to organize their party and are being met by the government with violence and intimidation.

This is absolutely HUGE! (sorry for the car dealer reference)

Title: NORTH AMERICA'S LARGEST INDUSTRIAL UNION AND WORLD'S LARGEST COOPERATIVE JOIN FORCES

The United Industrial Steelworkers Union is teaming up with the world-famous Mondragon Co-Op in Spain.  THIS is the kind of economic activity the Green Party works towards!
