Global Young Greens at the G8 Alternative Summit:

The Global Young Greens is a growing network of young people from across the globe working towards ecological sustainability, social justice, grassroots democracy and peace. We are part of the growing global civil society, a movement that wishes to form a truly transnational community in the global arena.

A few of the members have started a blog on their experience, check it out at http://www.globalyounggreens.blogspot.com. Ann from Kenya, Sanka from Sri Lanka, Thiago from Brazil and Eric from Senegal along with German and European Young Greens will be discussing their experiences protesting a continued imperialist approach to globalization.
