On July 13th, the DoubleTree Hotel Rochester at 1111
Jefferson Road (near the intersection of E. Henrietta
& Jefferson Rd) will be accepting donations of used
bicycles in any condition (no garbage, please!) ALL
DAY. DoubleTree employees will be grilling hots and
hamburgers and washing cars from 10am - 2pm at the
DoubleTree Hotel Rochester at 1111 Jefferson Road.
Carwashes will be free for bike donors; donations
accepted for BBQ and carwashes. All proceeds go to
Friends Helping Friends.

"The more people we have riding bikes, the less kids
we have getting in automobile-related trouble;
Rochester City Court has been jam-packed with
aggravated unlicensed operator charges, according to
Judge Maija Dixon. So if you have an extra bike lying
around your house, don't hold back! We're hoping to
pile up bikes to sky on the 13th at the DoubleTree
Hotel Rochester at 1111 Jefferson Road and we need YOU
to help!"
